2. Rowing.
Rowing is among the most complete physical activities you can imagine. Just as jogging, you can choose the setting, because not everyone lives close to a river or a club where they can access literal row-boats on the water. There are many gyms that will offer rowing machines, and Pilates reformers also have that option.
You can even make your own rowing set by getting a resistance band, winding it around your feet, and pulling as if you were on a rowing machine. This exercise strengthens your back and your arms, but also the rest of your body, so it’s a great complement to any routine.
