18. Spinach
Spinach is another amazing food. What’s great about spinach is that it tastes delicious, and you can make lots of amazing dishes by adding stuff to it. If you want your daily dose of bacon, you can add it to a helping of spinach and then doused it with vinegar, salt, and pepper to make it taste great.
Spinach is another one of those green leafy vegetables that we discussed earlier. Like kale, spinach is recommended by the American Diabetic Association. Spinach contains beta-carotene, protects your cells from free radicals, and reduces your chances of getting diabetes by around 14%.
