17. Peppers
Peppers have tons of nutrients in them. Most experts will tell you to use red peppers rather than green, but it doesn’t really matter because green peppers and red peppers are exactly the same; it is just that red peppers have been on the vine longer and been allowed to ripen. Peppers contain vitamins a and C, lycopene, beta-carotene, and many other amazing substances.
Adding foods like red peppers and onions to your diet may mean that you can stop taking a multivitamin altogether, as long as you ensure that you’re getting everything that you’re supposed to be getting.
