5. Roller skating.
This is another fun activity you can share with friends, or perform on your own. It’s an alternative to walking and you can learn a couple of tricks, like some jumps or turns. You can go the light route and merely skate around, which counts as mild aerobic exercise or try some figure skating. The choice is all yours.
There are skating grounds in parks or sports clubs where you can make new friends and practice jumping over obstacles, sliding down ramps, and trying a variety of tricks. If you want to go for speed skating, you can join a racing team or play skating sports.
