4. Aquagym.
Pretty much like dancing, aquagym can be very entertaining, and super fun to share with your friends and/or partner. Aquagym groups will often exercise with some music and in many regards, it does feel like dancing. What’s great about water is that it offers resistance to your movement, so your muscles get stronger without you realizing it.
Water gym is also great for women who have trouble standing, for example, those with knee problems or foot ache. Water also helps relax the body and ease the tension of the mind, and you can easily complement the aquarium with some swimming.
