3. Light lifting.
A couple of small weights will allow you to exercise and stay fit. You can perform a wide variety of moves and select whole training routines that don’t need to be exhausting to be comprehensive.
You will see people at the gym lifting super heavyweights in order to increase their muscular mass, but some light exercises will do just fine to prevent the normal loss in muscle mass that occurs when you grow older and older.
Remember to use all your muscle groups, and exercise your arms, legs, back, and chest. Short routines of around 15′ should be enough to cover all major areas.
