There aren’t many things in life more fun than dancing to a catchy tune. Dancing is great aerobic exercise and different dancing styles will put your whole body in motion. Pick one that you like or, if you are unsure, try out a few different classes until you find your favourite. If you have a partner, why not going together? A group of girlfriends will do as well.
Dancing can be a fun social activity and even become a bit sexy if you do it with the right people. Fun activities are more engaging, and thus you are less likely to drop them or to feel too tired or too lazy to go, so dancing is a great way to stay active.
