6. Fruit Smoothies
Most people would classify fruit smoothies as part of the healthy category of food. But the truth is, when you eat a whole bunch of fruit at once it is a bad idea for diabetics. You’re going to get a great deal of sugar in your blood sugar is going to go up.
But you can have something that is almost as good. Instead of going with an all-fruit smoothie, make yourself a smoothie that is made partly from vegetables and partly from fruit.
