6. Blueberries
Of all the berries that you can eat, blueberries are the most nutrient-dense. In fact, blueberries are largely considered a superfood because of the tremendous amount of nutritional benefits that they offer. They are packed with antioxidants that can stave off damage from free radicals.
They are also an excellent source of vitamin C. Blueberries can help to reduce the risk of developing a variety of health complications, from heart disease and cancer, to type 2 diabetes. They aren’t the only berries you should eat, however; raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries are all excellent options.
