4. Kiwi
The ‘green goddess’, this exotic wonderful thing is packed full of peace, contentment, and glucose, of course! They are also referred to as Chinese gooseberry. They are typically grown in China, New Zealand, France, Greece, Italy, and more places.
They are sweet, with a soft texture, and somewhat sour. They have little black seeds (that are edible) that surround a white, soft center. They are fairly small, about the size of an egg… so you might want to eat two or three in each sitting. They have 1 gram of protein, 11 carbohydrates, and are good sources of vitamin K and vitamin E.
