5. Thirst
As you start to urinate more, you will also start to become thirstier. Your body is trying to replace the fluid that is lost through regular urination and as such you will need to drink more regularly.
This can actually make it harder to sleep through the night as you wake up thirsty, it can cause a dry mouth and it can cause symptoms of dehydration such as headaches and dry eyes.
