4. Citrus fruits
If you love citrus, you’ll be pleased to know that health experts are putting some of them on the list of fruits that diabetics can eat. There are two in particular that are on most expert’s lists, but the ADA doesn’t specify any particular type of citrus fruit, nor do they name any citrus fruits to stay away from.
You are definitely okay with grapefruit and oranges, and probably just about any other type of citrus fruit.
