Regular exercise contributes to control weight, balance your mood, and prevent mood disorders, oxygenate your tissues, increase your strength and resistance, and prevent a large number of diseases and health problems.
People with diabetes can benefit from all these perks if they exercise over two hours a week. Exercise helps control blood sugar levels and usually prevents sugar peaks. Always remember to control your sugar levels before, and sometimes during, your exercise in order to prevent hypoglycemia.
