4. Unexplained, excessive fatigue
When your blood sugar dips too low levels, the rest of your body goes into overdrive trying to make up for the reduced blood sugar.
As a result, you could end up feeling extremely fatigued, and that fatigue may come on unexpectedly. You might feel as if your head is in a fog, or like you don’t have the energy to complete the simplest tasks.
