2. Low Energy

Low energy is a sign of full-blown diabetes but you may notice that it starts to wane a
little before this. In short, the body is now less able to utilize sugar from the blood and that, in turn, means that you may feel tired, sluggish, and lethargic.

Many of us feel more tired than we should and there are all kinds of reasons for this. It’s wrong to jump straight to the conclusion that it is diabetes or prediabetes. Either way though, it should be considered a problem and you should get it checked out.
